Welcome to the Turneffe Atoll Marine Reserve App (the “App”), provided by Turneffe Atoll Marine Reserve (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

The App allows users to upload photos and citizen scientist data (“Submissions”). All Submissions are subject to administrator approval. The administrator has the authority to disallow any Submission, at their discretion.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Turneffe Atoll Marine Reserve or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Turneffe Atoll Marine Reserve be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
